Work seats are an accessory to your harness, designed to make suspension more comfortable when suspended for prolonged periods of time or when working in particularly stationary position.

Work seats are simply an accessory to your harness, they are not part of the fall prevention system.

This rope manoeuvre involves the correct attachment and use of a work seat.
